After taking a break from our long-established Fund Member Forum in 2020 due to Covid-19, we are pleased to announce that the 2021 Fund Member Forum will take place on 30 September at the Queen Elizabeth Hall in South Bank Centre from 09:30 until 15:00.
The event will also be live streamed and accessible through our virtual platform, giving members the flexibility of tuning in from the comfort of their home or attending in person.
What is the Fund Member Forum and why should you attend? The Fund Member Forum is an annual opportunity to hear from various LPFA speakers about the latest Fund updates, have your questions answered and catch up with past colleagues and fellow Fund members.
Attending the forum will provide you with the understanding of:
- The Fund, its mission and strategic direction
- How your pension is invested
- Your retirement options and administration side of your pension
- How your pension can make a difference to the world
- The drive behind our commitment to digital communication

Annual Employer Forum
This event is a great opportunity to help our more senior employers find out about the LPFA Fund, to meet the LPFA management team and to understand some of the major pension issues ahead. After taking a year break from our long-established Employer Forum in 2020, we are pleased to announce that the 2021 Employer Forum will take place on 4 November at the London Fire Brigade offices in Union Street from 10:00 until 15:00. This is an annual opportunity to hear from various LPFA speakers about the latest updates and network with fellow employers. The forum will also be an opportunity for you to ask questions about the 2022 Triennial Valuation.

Through LPPA, we also host a Practitioners’ Forum for payroll, reward, HR and other staff more directly involved in the day-to-day pension processes. This Forum covers future changes and updates to the administration system, the member and employer portal, new regulatory requirements as well as extensive workshops and Q&A sessions.
