FOR MEMBERS
As part of our desire to effectively engage and communicate with members, we hold an annual forum to provide members with an opportunity to get updates about the Fund from various LPFA speakers. The event is an opportunity for members to ask us questions and catch up with old colleagues and like-minded Fund members.
Last year, for the first time we ran the event in a hybrid format, allowing members to attend virtually or in person. We are pleased to say that the 2022 forum will also run in the same format to allow greater accessibility for our members to either attend online or in person. The date of the event is now set for Thursday 29 September.

FOR EMPLOYERS
Annual Employer Forum
Our annual Employer Forum is a great opportunity to help our employers find out about the LPFA Fund, to meet the LPFA management team and to understand some of the major pension issues ahead. Our 2022 Employer Forum is now set to take place on Wednesday 16 November at our offices in Union Street. The focus of the forum will be on triannual valuation and the effect it might have on employers.

Other events
Practitioners’ Forum
Through LPPA, we also host a Practitioners’ Forum for payroll, reward, HR and other staff more directly involved in the day-to-day pension processes. This Forum covers future changes and updates to the administration system, the member and employer portal, new regulatory requirements as well as extensive workshops and Q&A sessions.
